Don’t take anyone’s BS.

This week’s quote is blunt and straight to the point. Forget bodybuilding tactics or in depth training regimens. Sometimes you just have to stand up to the world and say, “Screw it – I’m going to do what I want.” Nothing great ever happens when the word “can’t” is in your vocabulary. Don’t listen to anyone else – make them eat their own words by trying even harder and showing them what you can do.
