Straight out of the Generation Iron Vault – we bring you another exclusive interview from the 2014 Olympia weekend. Ricky “Tricky” Jackson is a bodybuilder with a lot of awards on his vest. He’s won 5 out of 6 national titles (having only missed out on the NPC Nationals). He’s also won Team Universe four times in three different weight divisions.

Basically, this guy kicks a lot of ass. So we take his opinions very seriously. Of course, a lot of people are shouting the praise of Big Ramy. He’s a beast, he’s huge, and he’s only  been competing a short while. His future is looking brighter every single year.
