RFK Jr. Shows Off Strength Using Calisthenics
RFK Jr., who is the nephew of President John F. Kennedy, is not shy about showing off different exercises. In 2023, a video of Kennedy Jr. was shared on social media where he can be seen performing a workout shirtless.

He did share that testosterone replacement therapy was part of his anti-aging regimen, along with daily workouts that span 35 minutes.
Here, RFK Jr. hit an insane full-body move with Catcher where both showed off insane strength.

Pullups are an effective and timeless workout that challenge your upper body for sheer strength, a great compound movement that can reall target your lats. While they can be awfully boring and repetitive, the benefits of pullups far exceed the monotony involved with doing them.
Pull ups may not target your lower body, but a quality pull up bar will help your upper body achieve serious results in a short period of time. There are many variations of pull-ups that can target many muscles including lats, biceps, deltoids, triceps, forearms, and traps.
