RONNIE COLEMAN TALKS THE “RIGHT” WAY TO USE STEROIDS IN NEW INTERVIEW

Generation Iron Ronnie Coleman Steroid Interview

Straight talk with Ronnie Coleman.

There are few athletes who have become considered the absolute best of all time in their respective sports. Basketball had Michael Jordan, a man who defied expectations, not to mention gravity. In boxing you had Muhammad Ali who not only effected the sport known as the sweet science, but culture as well.

But in bodybuilding’s short history there have only been a few champions that have had a major influence on the sport. No doubt Arnold Schwarzenegger is considered the most popular bodybuilder to ever compete, having won seven straight Olympia titles. His domination of the sport wouldn’t be replicated until the great Lee Haney broken Schwarzenegger’s record by bagging right straight Olympia victories. Then came Dorian Yates’ impressive run in the 90’s that brought on the age of the mass monster.

From the time of the mass monster came a little known bodybuilder by the name of Ronnie Coleman who would go on to be one of the greats, if not the greatest of all time. Of course it’s all up to how you look at the situation, but Coleman is considered to be the greatest of all time many bodybuilding fans.

In his post bodybuilding career, Coleman has undergone a number of major surgeries that have put the former champ on the sidelines unable even to walk on his own. But that doesn’t mean that he isn’t still a major influence as he’s battled back from injuries, undergone rehab, and eventually regained his ability to walk unassisted.

So what is it that makes Coleman “The King” of bodybuilding? Is it his work ethic? Definitely. Is it his motivational attitude? You bet. Is it his honesty? Well as his interview with another inspirational figure in the fitness world, Elliott Hulse, Ronnie Coleman demonstrates just how honest a person he is as he touches on a number of bodybuilding related topics, including steroids. Instead of dodging the question or quickly brushing over it – Ronnie Coleman answers point blank, “whatever it takes.” Then goes farther into the big difference between abusing the drug… and being smart about how to treat your body with respect while handling something powerful like steroids.

It’s a truly interesting interview. You can check it out below:
