This did all come at a cost. Ronnie Coleman has now undergone over 7 major surgeries on his spine and hips. He is in constant pain and cannot walk without the aid of a walker. Ronnie Coleman: The King chronicles not only his legendary career – but the final month before his most recent surgery to showcase the sacrifice Ronnie gave to become the best of all time.

Ronnie Coleman: The King is one of many bodybuilding documentaries produced by the Generation Iron Network – with other titles including Generation Iron 1 & 2, CT Fletcher: My Magnificent Obsessions, and Kai Greene: Believe.

The number one ranking on the iTunes charts showcases the growing focus and obsession with health in the United States – as chain gyms, work at home YouTube channels, and a variety of supplement and diet plans compete for dominance in the market.
