Mosquera announced that he has obtained his U.S. visa and is now cleared to compete at the Olympia in October.

“It took many hours of work to obtain a visa. I had all the qualifications but I did not have the visa so I traveled all the way to Bogota, Colombia to take care of the paperwork.”

Mosquera took the same route as many bodybuilders nowadays, including Krizo. He began in the IFBB Elite Pro League and eventually made the move to NPC. He quickly earned his Pro Card and took the stage right away in Men’s Open. Neckzilla competed at the 2023 EVLS Prague Pro just days after earning his Pro Card. Mosquera took the stage against some of the best in the world in Men’s Open. Neckzilla finished with the bronze medal behind Samson Dauda and Michal Krizo.

Rubiel Mosquera Secures U.S. Visa Ahead of 2025 Olympia

Mosquera recently shared the news following the process of obtaining this visa. He explained that it was not an easy process but was able to go to Colombia to complete the paperwork.

“I want to inform you that I already have the American visa in my hands. This means I can now go to Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas in October.”

Neckzilla has competed three times this season. It began with a sixth-place finish at the Dubai Pro but showed great promise on stage. Mosquera went onto win both the Flex Weekend Italy Pro and Mr. Big Evolution Pro.

Mosquera has dealt with visa issues in the past. In 2024, he was scheduled to compete at the Arnold Classic but had to pull his name out because of these issues. Now, he will take the stage at the biggest show of the year after getting his visa squared away.

“I’m happy about that with my team. Thank God it worked out. Thank you to all of the fans for the support and affection you always give me.”
