Sam Schwarz has some great potential.

To compete in strength sports means to dedicate yourself to pain. You can’t hope to achieve immense levels of success without understanding that sacrifice is about of the game.

In order to lift tremendous amounts of weight it requires an individual to push themselves past the threshold of what’s possible. That’s training day in and day out. It means organizing a program dedicated to incremental improvement. It means having a mindset of a warrior.

At 17 years of age it appears that the young powerlifter Sam Schwarz possesses the right qualities for powerlifting greatness.

Showing a great deal of potential, Sam Schwarz is a young powerlifter with an obvious dedication to his craft. He’s already proven to be considerably strong with squat numbers already over 600 Lbs at a 260 Lbs body weight.
