Sam Sulek has set his sights on new goals and broke down what a full day of eating looks like.

Sam Sulek has become one of the biggest fitness influencers in the world in recent years. He quickly became known for his incredible physique at a young age but many would criticize his methods of achieving it, led by his diet.

Recently, Sulek shared a video of his full day of eating where he consumed just 2,477 calories as he looks to drop weight.

Full Name: Sam Sulek (Fitness Influencer)
Weight Height Date Of Birth
240 lbs 5’11″ 2/7/2002
Division Era Nationality
None yet 2020s American

Sulek had a passion for bodybuilding and fitness at a young age. As a teenager, he would lift weights in his backyard and soon gained a reputation for being strong. At 18, he finally took the bull by the horns and joined a gym, where a personal trainer helped him tailor his workouts and build his muscle mass.

Sulek hinted at stepping on stage in 2025 but did not confirm any plans. Regardless of his visions moving forward, Sulek has committed to losing weight with this new diet plan.

Sam Sulek’s Full Day Of Eating

Meal 1

The first meal of the day for Sulek was an unorthodox breakfast but one that kicked his day off effectively. He packed in just 550 calories into the meal that included a flat two-liter of soda, which he believes is far better than full-sugar drinks.

  • Tuna
  • Mayo
  • Rice
  • 2 liter diet soda

“Not exactly a meal at all, just a f*cking two liter of flat, diet soda which frankly, I think it gets way too much f*cking hate. I think it would be crazier for someone to drink even two cans of a regular full-sugar soda.”

Meal 2

For his second meal, Sulek took a trip to Chipotle where he got a steak bowl to pack in his protein.

  • Chipotle Steak Bowl
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Sugar-Free barbecue sauce
  • Strawberry fruit bar

“I kind of finessed my way to getting double double steak so just by eye, I don’t know exactly I didn’t weigh it but I would guestimate it to be around 40ish, 45 grams of protein.”

Meal 3

This was Sam Sulek’s biggest meal of the day, which was full of ground beef.

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 40g rice
  • American cheese slices
  • Sugar-Free barbecue sauce

“The full day ended up at 2,477 calories.”

Meal 4

The final meal of the day was more of a snack. Sulek shared that he accidentally deleted a meal but there was a couple grams of carbs and fats to end the day.

  • Peanut butter
  • Fruit stick

“I went to the cupboard and took out a little fruit stick, 15 grams of carbs from like dehydrated strawberry, apple mush. I pulled out not even a full spoon, full not even close, I’m talking like a tip of the spoon full of peanut butter.”
