Sulek plans to add even more size ahead of the Arnold Classic UK.

Classic Physique bodybuilder Sam Sulek officially made his pro debut earlier this month during the 2026 Arnold Classic. On Friday, Sulek answered some questions about his performance and prep, including how peptides were used to help battle injuries.

Sulek has been one of the top fitness stars in the world for years. Now, he is competing at a rising bodybuilding. He targeted the Classic Physique division early in his career, winning gold during the NPC Legends Classic in 2025. This allowed him to compete in the Arnold Amateur that same year. He would go onto win the event and earn his Pro Card.

Sulek did not compete for the remainder of the 2025 season. He quickly pegged this month’s Arnold as his pro debut in Classic Physique. Sulek got the chance to compete against the best in the world in Classic, finishing eighth. Sulek is not working to return to the stage during the Arnold Classic UK.

Sam Sulek Talks Peptide Use, Plan To Add More Size

Sam Sulek shared a Q&A with fans late last week. This is where he got the chance to answer some hard-hitting questions about his bodybuilding career and prep. This include his use of peptides to return from injuries.

“I’ve got some peptide experience. This isn’t medical advice by any means, but I’ve pulled something, anytime I’ve had a really bad chest tear, or I really pulled my hamstring one time a couple Christmases ago, some BPC-157 and TB-500 intervention, I think pretty well improved my healing.”

Sulek shared that he plans to get back to 250-255 pounds before starting another bulk. This has been his target weight where he will start a real bulk and push more food. The overall goal is to add size ahead of the Arnold UK.

“I’m going to get some food in my system, I’m going to try to do it responsibly because I don’t want to just put a ton of body fat on. I just worked for size months to get pretty peeled, I don’t need to undo that in a few weeks but I am going to up my calories.

I’ve gradually reduced my calories from bulk to deficit levels. Now, I just want to undo that, ease my calories up, eat more food gradually, get used to eating more food, subsequently gain weight, gain size, and probably after two months or so, I would actually call that a recomp coming out of a diet.”
