For a bodybuilder you can’t simply sculpt one portion of the body and believe that all the other puzzle pieces will fall into place. What makes bodybuilding such a crazy endeavor to undergo is the amount of different body parts that need to be trained and the attention to detail that is required. For the average person building good muscle throughout their body is good enough. For a bodybuilder who wants nothing more than to look like a superhero, the goal is to train every inch of their body until reaching supreme perfection.

Some body parts are neglected in favor of others, it’s very common. But that is only going to hold your physique back in the long run. For example, everyone wants to have ripped arms that are not only powerful, but look the part as well. Sure, maybe you’ll be able to lift 400 lbs on the bench or do a 200 lbs dumbbell curl, but if your muscles aren’t growing and getting more defined, then as a bodybuilder what’s the point? In order to build quality arms it’s absolutely necessary that every portion of the arm is given strict attention.

One such portion of the body part that is often neglected is the rear delt. Many wish to have powerful looking boulder shoulders, but in order to get that perfect look it means training the entire muscle not just the front and lateral portions of the delt. Even for those who do emphasize rear delt training there still seems to be a disconnect that holds their shoulders back. The idea of training a muscle group is to bring it to its maximum potential. As such, Seth Feroce has recently made a how to video that shows avid bodybuilders how exactly rear delt training should be conducted. Feroce has some pretty impressive shoulders of his own so the information can no doubt help both the average lifter and the experienced bodybuilder alike. Take a look at the video below.

What do you think of Seth Feroce’s rear delt training tips?
