Seth Feroce recently announced that he was in the early stages in a return to bodybuilding. As he was preparing and training in the gym, Feroce suffered a minor quad injury that will require some time off. He recently shared an update of the situation on social media.

Feroce put together a successful career on stage before continuing to build his brand in retirement from competition. He has become known for his rants that express his opinion on many issues and topics around bodybuilding. Inside the gym, Feroce remains active putting together some massive workouts.
Seth Feroce Shares Update On Quad Injury
Seth Feroce claims that he felt a twist in his ankle just over two months ago that turned out to be a break and torn ligament. This has led to difficulties when it comes to stability.
“Its instability could be, may be, more than likely is, the reason for my quad issue here……. and potentially others.
Im one stubborn SOB.
But this is something I have to sit and simmer on for a little bit here. “

Feroce has been in the midst of his training program but shared that he will have to take some time off to rest and make decisions about the future.
“Not happy. Not excited. Insanely frustrated.
But, it has been 12 weeks into my program here, it was time to shut it down for a little bit anyways.
Just need to recover and make some decisions. “
