Shannon Sharpe remains in great shape following his NFL career.
Shannon Sharpe enjoyed a Hall-of-Fame career on the field and is now venturing into the media side in retirement. Despite his busy schedule, Sharpe has kept his physique in great shape and recently shared his progress following a back workout.

Sharpe played 14 years in the NFL and revitalized the position a bit. He was a true pass catcher ranking first all-time in catches (815), receiving yards (10,060), and receiving touchdowns (62) at the time of his retirement. All records have since been broken but Sharpe’s impact on the game remains clear. He is also a three-time Super Bowl champion having won back-to-back titles with the Denver Broncos in 1997 and 1998 and Baltimore Ravens in 2000.

Sharpe has maintained a strict workout and diet plan that has kept his physique shredded. Along with weightlifting, Sharpe shared that he has taken on a new cardio plan that has upped his capacity.

Shannon Sharpe has shared many workouts on social media, including ones led by Milos Sarcev and Phil Heath. During a recent post, he shared an intense back day.

This back workout was machine-based. Sharpe is seen hitting lat pulldowns, single-arm rows, and low rows.
Shannon Sharpe keeps himself on a very strict diet and workout plan. He believes that this is a lifestyle rather than a normal diet. The results are there as he continues to look like he could play in the NFL today.
