Shaquille O’Neal is known for his Hall-of-Fame career on the basketball court and his work in the studio as an analyst. Shaq is someone with many interests and bodybuilding has been one for years. Recently, O’Neal showed off a bodybuilding posing routine in his home gym.

Shaq is considered one of the most, if not the most, dominant player in NBA history. He averaged 23.7 points and 10.9 rebounds during a career that included four NBA Championships and an MVP award following the 1999-2000 season. O’Neal even has a passion for bodybuilding and has followed the sport over the years.

Shaquille O’Neal was named an honorary ambassador for the 2020 Olympia. In 2021, he attended the Arnold Classic and took some time to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger. It is clear that O’Neal has put in some work in the gym following his latest update.

Shaquille O’Neal has made a big physique transformation and has showed it off on multiple occasions. Along with being present at some bodybuilding events, he has made contact with some of the top competitors. In 2018, O’Neal jokingly called out Phil Heath and shared a posing routine of his own.

This is not the first posing routine that Shaq has gone through. He remains a fan of bodybuilding and continues to transform his physique. O’Neal is one of the best athletes the NBA has seen and it is clear that he is serious about his fitness since retiring from basketball.
