GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 6/29

generation ironStay motivated.

The Fourth of July is right around the corner and you know what that means. You can kiss all your hard work and gains goodbye. All the barbequing, all the fatty foods, it’ll all be on full display come this weekend and if you aren’t careful about what you’re consuming then we have no doubt that you’re going to be watching your waist expand and your gains get burned away. If nothing else, you should view this coming weekend as a true challenge. Just how badly do you want to hold on to your gains and what are you going to do to avoid gaining fat over the weekend? If you’re diligent in the gym and work your ass off this week then you’re going to have to fight hard to stay balanced within your macronutrient diet. This week we not only want to motivate you to get some serious muscle, but we want to impress upon you the importance of staying mentally strong. Burgers, hotdogs, and fries aren’t horrible in small doses. But with this coming weekend likely to provide more than its fair share of fatty foods and enticing treats you’re going to have to work harder than ever to keep your summer body intact.

This song will get you fired up in the gym to get all the gains you seek. Burn fat and pack on muscle with this track from Limp Bizkit. Rollin’ (Urban Assault Vehicle) is a high intensity track off the group’s album, Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water that’s sure to put some adrenaline into your lifts.
