Speed compared himself next to a professional bodybuilder while 6x Mr. Olympia Classic Physique CBum led the poses.
Popular streamer and online personality IShowSpeed has become known for his outgoing personality and willingness to dive into different areas of entertainment. Recently, IShowSPeed might have met his match as he stood next to IFBB pro bodybuilder Blessing Awodibu and hit some poses led by 6x Mr. Olympia Classic Physique Chris Bumstead – and he came away with some conflicting feelings on his physique.
“Man, what the hell?! Look at this!”
Speed became well-known on YouTube around 2021 as a gamer who often showed incredible energy in his videos. This includes barking, which has become a staple of his. Speed has often collabed with athletes and stars in the fitness world. In November, Speed featured WWE legend Randy Orton on his podcast where the two discussed different angles of his career.
In September, Speed visited Brian Shaw’s gym and got the chance to engage in an arm-wrestling match. Shaw has been down many avenues in the fitness world and showed Speed the world of arm wrestling. In the video shared on Tuesday, Speed dove into the bodybuilding world.
Chris Bumstead Leads IShowSpeed Through Bodybuilding Poses
Chris Bumstead might be retired but he has continued to train at a high level and keep his interest in bodybuilding. In this video, the 20-year-old streamer stood next to Awodibu as Bumstead began calling out bodybuilding poses. It began with a front double bicep before side chest, where Speed was given compliments about his shoulders but still felt small.
“I look like a little pebble to you, dog. What the f*ck. I’ getting insecure, bro.”
As if bodybuilders were not enough, Speed and Awodibu were joined by former World’s Strongest Man Mitchell Hooper. He jumped in, removed his shirt, and hit a front double bicep pose with the duo. Speed has made videos with some of the biggest fitness stars in the world and now has Bumstead added to the list.
Chris Bumstead Remains Active in Retirement

Bumstead completely transformed the Classic Physique division and helped make it one of the best in the world. After winning his sixth Classic Physique Olympia title at the 2024 Classic Physique October, Bumstead announced that he would be retiring. He took the stage one final time during the 2024 EVLS Prague Pro in Men’s Open and finished as the runner-up. Bumstead has not competed since.
In 2016, Chris Bumstead earned his IFBB pro card after winning the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championship trophy at only 21 years old. Ever since then, he has continued to be a force in the Classic Physique division. As time went on, Chris saw himself walking the Olympia stage amongst the best competitors in the world. After a runner-up finish in 2017 and 2018, Bumstead was determined to take home the top prize. He was able to do so in 2019 and began a string of six consecutive victories.
Bumstead was inspired by golden-era competitors early on, led by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even in retirement, Bumstead has made sure to keep his physique in top shape while joining others for workouts to pass along his wisdom.
