This one’s probably not a surprise and already in your diet. A bodybuilders best friend. It’s no secret that eggs are a great source of protein but I bet there’s ways your still not using them. While visiting Australia I found that they regularly would add eggs to their burgers for a tasty calorie packed treat. If you’re a hard gainer just think “could I put an egg on this?” If you can, do it, it’s okay you can thank me later.
