Steve Cook May Have Lost Size, But Here’s Why He’s Not Worried

Steve Cook is unfazed by his lost size.

For a bodybuilder, putting on quality muscle is the name of the game. If you’re not doing that, then just what the heck are you doing anyways? This seems to be the mentality of many bodybuilders these days, constantly looking to push the envelope and make sure they’re seeing massive gains on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, the reality is that you can only pack on so much muscle and size to a given frame, particularly if you’re a natty.

Enter Steve Cook.

When he hasn’t been stepping on stage to wow crowds with his shredded physique, Steve Cook has spent his time modeling as well as running his own gym. With so many projects under his belt, as well as the holidays just having ended, Steve Cook has certainly lost some size. While he was never a massive open weight bodybuilder, Steve Cook did have a good amount of size on his frame.

But while he may have gone down a bit in size, the fitness model seems completely unfazed.

And for all the haters out there, it seems that Cook is getting back into the swing of things.
