So what exactly is the crazy 8 method? It’s a series of workouts that targets the biceps and triceps, eight workouts for each muscle group, and sculpts them into mounds of bulging muscle. The main take is that you do one set of each of the eight exercises, between the 8-12 rep range, and with minimal rest time.
