If you haven’t heard about Robert Oberst, you should. He’s a current professional strongman who can lift massive weight and also sports a massive beard. Strength training and lifting is this guys full time job – and it shows. We were able to grab a quick interview with the iconic bearded strongman during the Arnold Sports Festival where he talked about his competition plans for 2015 and his passion for lifting things up – so much so that he lifts up our host Krystal right there on the spot.
