The Rock Shares ‘Pre Workout’ Breakfast & Latest Weekend Cheat Meal

The Rock has become known for his meals and recently showed off two that you need to try!

The Rock is one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood. Whether it is in the WWE or on the big screen, Dwayne Johnson stays busy and is fueled to perform his best at all times. This is done with a well-balanced diet plan that includes some legendary cheat meals. In this post, we share the Rock (Dwayne Johnson) pre-workout meal and his latest cheat meal.

After a brief stint back in the WWE, where he was one of the headliners of WrestleMania, The Rock began preparing for his new role. Johnson returned to the WWE and created a rivalry with Cody Rhodes as he looked to finish his story at the biggest event in professional wrestling. The Rock joined forces with Roman Reigns to go against Rhodes for the WWE Universal Championship.

Over the last few weeks, The Rock has transitioned into MMA training. This includes training with the man he will portray, Mark Kerr.

The Rock Shows Off Incredible Meals

On Monday morning, Johnson began another week of work, both in and out of the gym. He shared what a pre-workout breakfast filled with protein looks like to get himself ready:

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 6 ounces grilled buffalo
  • 2 ounces brown rice cereal
  • Garlic powder
  • Stevia & vanilla extract

Like a bull, just water and feed me – and I’ll work for hours 🤣🐂

The Rock’s Latest Weekend Cheat Meal

Before Johnson entered another week of work, he put together another cheat meal that he has become known for. The Rock might follow a strict diet to keep his physique in the best shape possible but he is also an advocate of a good cheat meal.

“Don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself – so enjoy your cheat meals, my friends – we’ve earned them.”

Below, check out The Rock’s latest cheat meal:

  • Brioche french toast (vanilla extract & cinnamon)
  • Crushed oreos
  • Syrup
  • Whipped cream

“Been on a super strict diet for months now (filming the smashing machine) which is making me totally obsessed with food.”
