Neck
Having a strong neck is fundamental in sports like wrestling and MMA, but not so much where bodybuilding is considered. However, for those with smaller necks it’s probably a good idea to build up the neck muscles with some shrugs and even some deadlifts. If you’re lucky, maybe your gym will have a neck training machine.
