The World’s Strongest Man Hafthor Bjornsson Does Massive 1000 Lbs Deadlift Like It’s Nothing!

Hafthor Bjornsson has become insanely strong!

Building massive strength is a skill many wished they possessed but something only few achieve. That isn’t by accident either. In order to build massive strength it takes massive patience, sacrifice, and a dedication to making even the most minuscule of gains. It would be awesome to lift hundreds of pounds in just a few weeks, but that just simply isn’t something that should be expected. For Hafthor Bjornsson, it took a great deal of years before being able to lift the kind of mind blowing weight he’s been known for.

Much in the same way as any individual grows proficient in a particular skill, building strength can be a slow burn, even for a naturally gifted individual. When Hafthor Bjornsson decided to make the leap to strongman competitions he had to take the slow and steady approach to building strength. Even when he reached the world stage, the Icelandic strongman had lost out time and again before eventually succeeding in his goal of becoming the World’s Strongest Man.

Now holding the title of the most powerful man on the planet, Hafthor Bjornsson is looking to keep a firm stranglehold on his place at the top. That means continuing to build his strength in order to defend his title next year. That means lifting even more weight than before.

Recently the World’s Strongest Man performed an impressive deadlift of 1002 Lbs, showcasing just how insanely powerful he’s become.
