Is this the best physique going into 2016?

For the past couple of years, the Fit Media Channel has picked “the best body” going into the new year. Previous fitness stars such as Roger Snipes, James Alexander Ellis, Ryan Terry, and Logan Franklin have had the honor of this award in the past. Well, now we have our “body of 2016.”

His name is Dominick Nicolai and he’s only 19 years old. He is officially the youngest person to ever be awarded this intense claim – the ideal body that stands above all others. Of course, Fit Media Channel seems to be shooting for a more over all accepted physique and less down the mass monster bodybuilding route – but you can’t deny that Dominick Nicolai looks absolutely shredded in the official announcement video below.
