Eating competitions have been around for ages – and no matter what they cease to amaze as dozens of competitors chow down on way too much food in a short amount of time. Bodybuilders are used to eating mass amounts of food – but not gorging like this.
Protein particularly is a key element all bodybuilders must stuff themselves with – so why not cram 3,000 grams of protein in just a few minutes. For a competition no less. Anyone feels bad for their livers??
