Can a bodybuilder throw a punch?

In case you’ve missed this… Probably the most useless and ridiculous challenge ever.  But answers the question if a bodybuilder can throw a punch. In the video above, a man decides he wants to know what it would be like to be punched in the head by a mass monster bodybuilder. The rules are he can’t defend himself or turn away from the punch – he just needs to take it.

We don’t really know what anyone would be expecting from something like this. Yes it’s going to hurt… this basically harkens back to the old days of Jackass on MTV. So if you were a fan of that show and are a fan of bodybuilding – this might be the perfect video for you.
