LIFE AFTER HEATH: TOP PICKS FOR THE NEXT MR. OLYMPIA CHAMP

Steve “King Snake” Kuclo

generation iron

The one bodybuilder you’d want on the scene if you needed medical attention (He’s a firefighter and a paramedic), Steve is a true talent with great potential to make a push for the title. Only 29 years of age, Steve has the potential and the time to get himself in championship form. As it stands now he’s already a threat to the top of the division and will likely make a big push in the years to come. Yet another young gun with all the potential in the world, and a man that we’d be willing to bet on in the years to come.

Shawn “Flexatron” Rhoden

generation iron

Though the up and comers have a better chance at ultimately becoming Olympia champion when Phil’s reign is through, Rhoden still has the potential to push for the thrown during the Heath era. Time may not be on his side, but of all the contenders the man dubbed “Flexatron” seems to be a safe bet to pull off an upset and dethrone Phil. Sure, we could have picked Kai or Wolf over Rhoden, but if we had to stake our money on one of the top five – we wouldn’t be surprised if Rhoden came through with a sneak attack on the Olympia stage. His symmetry and growing size will be a major threat to any of the top contenders.

Who else do you think has a chance of becoming Olympia champ in the coming years? Did we miss anyone? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter. Stay pumped.
