Every single day we receive submissions of workout fails in the gym via our GymFuckery website. These can range from stupid stunts gone wrong, failed ego lifts, and freak accidents that make you cringe. But almost always there are a series of clips showcasing absolutely poor form. Form so awful that you can’t believe anyone would ever think that it can be remotely close to correct. But out of everything we’ve seen these past few months, this week takes the cake for the most insanely stupid videos we’ve seen of bad form.

The videos you’ll see in our latest episode above is a cavalcade of limp movements, humping, just completely backwards equipment use – and even a Spider-Man sighting! It’s a shocking display of how many people are not only doing the movements wrong but also risking serious injury through these terrible movements.
