Tren Twins Reveal Inside Look at Their New Tren Den Gym Ahead of Public Opening
The Tren Twins are expanding their brand beyond social media and supplements with the launch of their own training facility. In a new YouTube video, The Tren Twins gave fans an inside look at their new gym, the nearly completed Tren Den, a place packed with premium Arsenal Strength equipment that they say will eventually open to the public.
Still awaiting a handful of final machines, the gym is already outfitted for serious strength training and will host its first major event, the Tren Classic powerlifting meet, as part of its grand opening. Along the way, the twins also shared a look at their latest heavy training session and explained the culture they hope to build inside the facility.
Tren Twins Showcase Their New Trend Den Gym
Rather than creating a traditional commercial gym, the Tren Twins designed Tren Den around hardcore strength training.
The facility features blacked-out walls decorated with skateboards, guitars, motorcycles, and memorabilia collected throughout their careers. More importantly, it’s filled almost entirely with Arsenal Strength equipment and specialty powerlifting gear.
Among the equipment currently installed are:
- Arsenal Strength cable tower
- Pendulum squat
- Leg press
- Incline chest press
- Chest-supported T-bar row
- Multiple rowing machines
- Competition bench press
- Dedicated deadlift platform
- Hamstring curl
- Additional benches and machines still scheduled to arrive
One of the most unique additions is a Kabuki deadlift bar, a specialty barbell prized by powerlifters and no longer in production. The twins also revealed that their deadlift platform previously belonged to fellow fitness creator Lex Little.
Throughout the video, the brothers repeatedly emphasized that the gym isn’t just about equipment, but about building an environment where members push each other to improve.
“The only gang I want is one that comes in here and we push each other to get bigger, stronger.”
Tren Classic Powerlifting Meet Will Kick Off the Gym
The brothers confirmed they will host their own powerlifting competition, the Tren Classic, at Tren Den as one of the gym’s first public events.
Much of the workout featured in the video served as preparation for the meet.
Both brothers worked up to 585-pound deadlifts before moving to bench press, where they each completed 405 pounds for eight reps.
Christian also shared one of his long-term strength goals.
“I’m going to hit a 750-pound deadlift by the end of the year.”
Later in the workout, another goal was mentioned as well: eventually reaching a 2,000-pound total across the squat, bench press, and deadlift while maintaining a lean physique.
Balancing Bodybuilding and Powerlifting
Although the latest workout centered around powerlifting, the Tren Twins don’t appear to be stepping away from bodybuilding.
Earlier this year, the brothers revealed they had begun preparing for another bodybuilding competition and have spoken openly about their ambitions to continue progressing onstage. Fans will also remember their appearance at the 2024 NPC Southern States Championships, where Michael Gaiera won his Open Bodybuilding class while Christian Gaiera finished second in his Open Classic Physique class and earned victories in novice competition.
Instead, their current training appears to blend both disciplines.
Tren Den reflects that philosophy. Alongside competition benches and specialty deadlift bars, the gym houses a full lineup of bodybuilding machines designed for hypertrophy training. Rather than choosing between strength sports and physique competition, the twins seem intent on building a facility that caters to both.
A New Destination for Hardcore Lifters
Tren Den also serves as the new home for the Tren Twins’ growing business ventures, including their supplement line and apparel brand, making it more than just another place to train.
While an official opening date and membership details have not yet been announced, the facility appears close to welcoming its first members once the remaining equipment arrives.
If the early tour is any indication, Tren Den is aiming to become more than another influencer gym.
