Q: How many scoops do I need?
A: We always recommend to start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. From there, you may increase to using 2 scoops before you train.
Q: How many workouts do I get with Pre-Rage™?
A: That depends on the number of scoops you need. For those sensitive to stimulants, 1 scoop pre-workout is plenty, and so Pre-Rage™ will last you for 40 workouts. If 2 scoops suits your performance needs better, you’ll get 20 incredible workouts with every bottle.
