MUTANT’s Road to Glory
With the 2025 Olympia Weekend finally here, Victor Ramirez steps into the final phase of his prep — the stage where every rep, every meal, and every ounce of discipline comes together. As part of MUTANT’s Road to Glory YouTube series, Victor gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at how he fine-tunes his physique and mindset in the days leading up to the biggest competition in bodybuilding.
Our team at Generation Iron is breaking it down.
Focus and Fuel for the Final Push
Even in the final week before the Olympia, Victor keeps his training sharp and purposeful, but is not going over the top to avoid inflammation. To stay locked in mentally and physically, he fuels up with MUTANT MIND FK and MUTANT KILL SWITCH. The combination gives him clean energy, mental clarity, and focus that help him power through his last sessions without fatigue.
When your diet or fasted cardio begin to feel like chores, this uniquely explosive thermogenic will kick your ass into overdrive.
These workouts aren’t about breaking down muscle anymore — they’re about maintaining fullness, improving detail, and keeping the body responsive. With his energy dialed in from MUTANT’s pre-workouts, Victor hits the gym ready to finish strong.
Cardio by Combat: Boxing Workouts

Instead of traditional steady-state cardio like on a treadmill or a StairMaster, Victor keeps his conditioning sharp through boxing. The fast-paced training helps him burn calories, improve endurance, and keep his metabolism elevated while staying engaged mentally.
Boxing isn’t just cardio — it’s strategy, rhythm, and precision. For Victor, it’s also a form of stress relief during the most intense part of prep. It keeps him moving, sharp, and focused while tightening up his conditioning before stepping on stage.
Touchdown in Las Vegas
As the Olympia draws near, Victor travels to Las Vegas, where the competition runs from October 9th through October 12th. Once he checks into his hotel, he immediately begins dialing in the details that separate a good physique from a great one.
One of the first things he does is practice posing — an essential part of his final prep. With his body nearly stage-ready, posing practice helps him fine-tune his presentation, control his breathing, and visualize his performance. Every pose, turn, and transition is rehearsed to perfection.
After his posing session, Victor hits the gym for a light back workout. This isn’t a heavy day — it’s all about circulation and muscle activation. He performs lat pulldowns to engage the lats and widen the back, followed by rear delt flyes to bring out the fine detail and symmetry through the upper back and shoulders.
This quick session helps pump the muscles, fill out the upper body, and keep blood flowing without creating fatigue. At this stage, it’s about maintaining the perfect balance between fullness and tightness.
Victor Ramirez Final Prep Wrap Up

With training wrapped, Victor heads for one of the final — and most crucial — parts of show prep: his first spray tan coat. The tan helps accentuate muscle separation and definition under the bright Olympia stage lighting, giving his physique the sharp, polished look that stands out under the spotlight.
The tanning process also signals that showtime has officially arrived. From this point forward, every detail is about presentation — posing, conditioning, and confidence.
