Calorie overload.

You’ve seen and we’ve posted calorie diet challenges before. 20,000 or 30,000 calorie challenges that shock and awe. How can anyone stuff that much food down their throats in a day? The obvious answer is that these bodybuilders and athletes train so often that they use more calories than the average person. They also want to build mass and turn it into muscle – once again requiring a bigger caloric intake.

But this man tops everyone. This man consumed 50,000 calories in one day. That’s just insane no matter who you are. This guy can eat like a beast… But where are the gains???
