Lifter’s leg breaks under too much weight.

We’ve talked about ego lifts and workout fails in the past. But this is a whole different level and a very serious one. We’re not sure exactly what happened here. Was it too much weight or just a freak accident? Either way it’s very important to make sure you know your limits when lifting heavy weight.
