This is truly inspirational and motivational!
While bodybuilding competitions are meant to showcase the best of the best – the greatest thing about fitness is that an individual can also set their own personal goals. The ultimate rival in fitness is yourself. That’s why bodybuilding and fitness is so motivating and keeps growing in popularity – it can be for literally anyone. You don’t have to be the mass monsters you see on stage to be a bodybuilder. It’s all about your own personal goals and accomplishing them.
That’s where this recent video by Great Big Story comes into play. Wade McCrae Washington has Cerebral Palsy but is determined to be a bodybuilder. He was originally told by doctors that he wouldn’t live past 10 years old. But Washington was determined to overcome these challenges finding his way into weightlifting and bodybuilding. He’s now 45, recently received his pro card, and has no intention of slowing down. That’s the glory of bodybuilding and fitness. Check it out above!
