It’s old news that people in bodybuilding mostly HATE crossfit. This is for a various amount of reasons such as “loose” training methods and the thought that this training method is simply a fad. Yet it’s still here after all these years and people are still arguing about it. This video above by TeamRICHEY makes an argument for being a bodybuilder first – then jumping into crossfit training.
