A last minute look at the incredible physique of Breon Ansley before Olympia 2018.

In a somewhat unprecedented move, Breon Ansley has released a video of him practice posing less than 24 hours before he will be stepping on stage for the Olympia 2018. And of course, as expected Breon’s physique is in stellar conditioning. The best part is that a lot can still change and improve within this last day. Will Breon be able to hold his champion status for another year becoming the first multi year reigning champion in the Classic Physique division? He will certainly be tough to beat.
