Be honest.

The main (and pretty much only) reason to go to the gym is to improve your body. Maybe that means losing weight or gaining muscle – but the only reason to go to the gym and hit the weights is to LIFT or do CARDIO. While some people go there to pick up chicks… well, it can be frowned upon and that’s fair. The gym isn’t a bar. It’s not a social event. It’s a place for self improvement.

That being said… sometimes there are people who are just too damn distracting. Case in point – would you be able to ignore these glutes?
