Exactly one week from today we will see the top bodybuilding competitors step on stage and battle for the title of best in the world. It’s the number one event in bodybuilding that fans wait anxiously for all year. Now it’s almost hear and the competitors are tightening up their physiques to perfection for the big show.
One of the great things about the rise of social media over this past decade is that we get to receive far more updates from competitors than we used to back in the day. It used to be that we only had magazines to rely on and they would often not be able to show glimpses into bodybuilders’ physiques so close to the Olympia.
