Shoulder training…classic style!

Some ego lifters have the wrong idea about building muscle. Rather than focus on what they’re doing to the muscle they focus entirely on how much weight they’re putting on the bar. But this can be a trap. Sure, you should lift heavy to make some fast and quality muscle growth, but the emphasis should be on thrashing the muscle into growth rather than how much weight you put on the bar.

Shoulder training is something that some individuals neglect and if they do train the important muscle group they could be doing things the wrong way. When you look to train shoulders you have to be extra careful because of the inherent ease in which you can injure your shoulders with shoulder specific training.
