With new Flex Lewis retuning to the Olympia 2019 Men’s Open and no Hadi Choopan (despite having finally received his US visa), many fans believe Derek Lunsford to be the frontrunner for the Men’s 212 this weekend. And finally today we got to see the result of a year’s worth of hard work and hype on the prejudging stage.
Bodybuilding YouTuber Williams Fitness published a full video of Lunsford’s prejudging routine so you can check it out in all it’s glory. Does his physique live up to the hype or will one of the other hungry competitors have a shot to take on the first place spot? It will certainly be a tight race and anything can happen all the way up to the finish line.
