How deep should you go?

When you get into hardcore bodybuilding things can get a bit confusing. There are the strict “doctor’s rules” on how to lift, then there’s complete (and potentially dangerous) broscience rules, and finally there is somewhere in between. That sweet spot between breaking the rules a bit to push your body even further. To reach that inhuman size.
