Push ups are one of the most basic exercise moves you can do. It doesn’t require weights and you’ve probably done your first push up when you were 5 years old. Fitness obsessed or not – everyone has known about and done a push up at some point in their life. Because of this they sometimes get crap as a “too basic” exercise.
