Never skip leg day – blah, blah, blah you’ve heard it all before but what does it mean if you don’t actually do anything about it? Yes, legs are the harder body part to build up to mass monster perfection. Yes, leg day sucks. But instead of all talk and no action we should put into practice what we preach. That’s what this Indian bodybuilder seemed to do (or maybe he just has some insane genetics).
