Meet Collins Nyarko – a local bodybuilder from Ghana whose main mission is to grow not only his own physique but the spotlight on African bodybuilding. Using literally anything he can get his hands on from scraps of metal to blocks of cement, Collins and his crew of bodybuilders push their bodies to the limit. When they are not training they are preparing brand new local bodybuilding competitions to grow the sport and give African bodybuilders an international platform.
