Hidetada Yamagishi is still looking shredded and impressive at 45!

A true veteran in the bodybuilding game, Hidetada Yamagishi has truly had an impressive career. From impressing as an Open Weight bodybuilder to switching to the Men’s 212 Division where he claimed victories at multiple shows, including the 2016 Arnold Classic, Hidetada Yamagishi has proven himself to be a top flight competitor.

Soon to be 46 years old, Hidetada Yamagishi is showing no signs of slowing down as he continues to show up, do the work, and claim victory.
