Some people look at foam rolling as just another fad to sell the new wave of fitness products. We’ve all seen these new products hit the market only to be thrown to the wayside and never considered again (somehow the shake weight is coming to mind). But some items, no matter how ridiculous their applications can be, are truly helpful and beneficial to ones health and wellness. One of these “fad” items is the foam roller.
The foam roller craze is in full effect. It seems you can’t go a day without seeing someone in the gym laying on the ground, foam roller underneath them, hoping to roll the pain away.
