A man entered prison and a BEAST is what came out.

For those of you who have not heard of Jens “The Beast” Dalsgaard – you have most likely seen him before. He’s covered from head to toe in tattoos and sports a gigantic viking beard. He is known as THE BEAST… but there is more to that nickname than pure “beast mode” lifting mentality. The life behind the tattoos and the muscle cuts far deeper.

We’re proud to announce our new Generation Iron Original mini series – THE BEAST. An exploration into the mind and past of Jens Dalsgaard and how his experience in prison radically transformed him into a new man. A man who then also transformed his body into a stunning powerhouse of strength and physique. For many, prison could be the end of many bad decisions, but for Jens it was a brand new beginning. Looking forward with the hunger of a beast… the sky is the limit for Jens Dalsgaard.
