Protein drink without the powder
Obviously we live in a world where protein can be consumed naturally – aka through plants and animals that contain protein organically. But when you are a bodybuilder – it’s much more convenient (and almost necessary) to take a supplement in order to gain that quantity of protein you need without having to eat the MASSIVE amount of food it would require to hit that same protein number.
