Samir Bannout is one of the few bodybuilders to only win the Mr. Olympia one time. Usually, when a bodybuilder becomes champion, they hold onto it for a few years in a row (the longest run being eight years tied between Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney). Samir Bannout is one of the few in the one year club alongside Chris Dickerson and Dexter Jackson.

But the quality of the competitor doesn’t always equate to the number of Olympia wins under the athlete’s belt. In the latest video by Bodybuilding For Life – a case is made for Samir Bannout being the greatest bodybuilder of all time. That’s a bold claim when trying to stand up to legends such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman.
