In the ever growing quest to lift the most amount of weight throughout the bodybuilding and lifting community – some people go to unhealthy extremes. There is always an element of danger to lifting heavy weights… but going far past the human limit can lead to some truly devastating results.
In the video above, provided by Kenny KO, the man doesn’t snap his arm. He’s fine – but just watching him try and perform this bicep curl makes your arm ache. It seems as if it can snap at any moment.
