One of the benefits to being a bodybuilder is that you have the strength and muscle to back up your words. Yes, bodybuilding is first about aesthetics than it is about strength… but that doesn’t mean those massive muscles don’t come with some impressive physical power.

Unfortunately, some bodybuilders use that mentality to make the whole industry look bad. Case in point – this crazy video shows a “buff” guy ready to fight a valet attendant. Sadly he makes the gym rats and bodybuilders look bad… Would you agree? Let us know in the comments below.
